Board Certified Physician Assistant with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
Sarah Bowers is a physician assistant certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) and is licensed in Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, graduating with distinction. She then continued her graduate education at Wingate University in North Carolina where she earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistants (PDPA).
Sarah treats adults and children. She offers a wide range of medical dermatology services including skin cancer screenings, acne, eczema, warts, psoriasis, rosacea, as well as dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies. Sarah offers Photodynamic Therapy to our patients, a highly effective, in-office treatment for precancerous, sun-damaged skin.
Sarah is also well trained in a variety of cosmetic procedures and lasers including medical grade chemical peels, laser hair reduction, and tattoo removal. She maximizes the results of these procedures by utilizing skin care products to revitalize the overall health of your skin.
In her personal time, Sarah enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
