Casey Reid, PA-C

Casey Reid is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University. She then furthered her education and received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Casey is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

Casey has always had a passion for Dermatology and worked in the specialty before attending school. She is especially committed to compassionate patient care, patient education, and keeping up to date with the latest advances in Dermatology.

When Casey is outside of the office she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Cassandra Baier, PA-C

Board Certified Physician Assistant 

Cassandra Baier is a physician assistant certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants). She attended James Madison University graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. She received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her master’s thesis on the effects of narrowband phototherapy in combination with different nonsteroidal topicals for the treatment of vitiligo.

Prior to entering dermatology, her experiences included adult and pediatric inpatient medicine. She also enjoys continuing medical education and has been an active participant on past committees in the inpatient setting. Cassandra values personalized care and fosters an open and comfortable environment for all patients. She has a special interest in pediatric dermatology, pigmentary disorders, and preventative skin care screening.

Cassandra is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Jane is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Management. After graduating from a post-baccalaureate program in pre-medicine at Columbia University, she earned her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Drexel University. 

Prior to transitioning to dermatology, Jane worked in family practice and internal medicine for six years. It was during this time she realized her passion for dermatology and desire to specialize. She went on to complete Schweiger Dermatology's Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Training Program, gaining extensive first hand dermatology experience.

Jane performs skin cancer screenings and treats a wide range of dermatologic conditions in pediatric and adult patients. She is committed to providing high quality care by staying up to date on advances in dermatology.  It is important to Jane that patients feel comfortable and are educated on their skin care and conditions.  She works collaboratively with patients to develop individualized care plans based on their needs and preferences to achieve their clearest and healthiest skin.

Jessica Borderieux, MPH, PA-C

Physician Assistant Jessica Borderieux attended Florida Gulf Coast University and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Biotechnology from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2001. She  furthered her education with a dual Physician Assistant degree and Master’s Degree in Public Health at Nova Southeastern University in 2003. She has been working in the field of Dermatology since 2009 with a focus in Surgical/Mohs Dermatology prior to joining Dermatology Partners. Prior to entering Dermatology, Jessica worked as a Surgical Physician Assistant at The Cleveland Clinic Florida, Naples where she gained extensive surgical training and experience in both general and surgical subspecialties.  She then transitioned into Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Geisinger Medical Center where her surgical skills and knowledge were further refined.  During her time there Jessica also served as the Cleft Clinic Coordinator.

Jessica DiJulio, a native of the Lehigh Valley, is a board-certified physician assistant (PA) and is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. Jessica graduated from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University with a Master of Medical Science degree as a member of its inaugural PA class. Completing an elective rotation in dermatology, her master’s thesis focused on Dupilumab for atopic dermatitis. She was elected to the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) Student Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Region and represented the 38 PA programs in Pennsylvania, DC, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.

She joined Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners, Inc. in 2020 after beginning her career at Thomas Jefferson University’s Jefferson Dermatology Associates in Philadelphia, PA. There she was a sub-investigator on two clinical trials, co-author on journal articles submitted for peer review, and treated patients including infants and children through adults. Jessica enjoyed working with patients to create daily regimens for sun protection and optimal skin health.

Jessica is board-certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. She enjoys working with inflammatory skin disease patients especially atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, allergic contact dermatitis, acne, warts, suspicious skin lesions, and skin cancer screenings. Jessica is excited to begin serving patients in the Lehigh Valley.

She graduated from Parkland High School prior to completing her bachelor’s degree at The University of Iowa in Journalism and Communication Studies. Jessica was a five-year Academic All American and Division I field hockey player for the Hawkeyes. She returned to the Lehigh Valley, earned her Master of Arts degree in English from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, and taught at Parkland and Emmaus High Schools prior to attending Temple University.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending Formula 1 races and cars & coffee events with her husband Anthony, watching Iowa Hawkeye field hockey and football, trying new recipes, and running the trails in the Lehigh Valley.

Darcelle Wampler, CRNP, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 27 years of experience specializing in dermatology and other areas of family practice, primary care, and hospice. She is passionate about educating and empowering her patients to be proactive with their skin care. Darcelle enjoys caring for patients from the age of six weeks and up.

Darcelle is a native of Newburgh, NY. She attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, where she obtained her dual Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Psychology. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Practice from the University of Utah. Darcelle is certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is an active member of the Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the National Academy of Dermatology Practitioners.

Darcelle’s interest in dermatology began when she elected to complete a clinical rotation for graduate school with Dr. Lebouitz. She then relocated to York, PA and joined Dr. Lebouitz’s practice.

Adam B. Blechman, MD, FAAD, FACMS

Dr. Adam B. Blechman is double board-certified in Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic surgery. He attended the University of Maryland-College Park for his undergraduate studies in which he graduated magna cum laude as a member of the Gemstone Honors Program. He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia, School of Medicine. In his final year of medical school, Dr. Blechman received the Larry S. Nichter award in Plastic Surgery for his research on wound healing.

Dr. Blechman continued his training with an internship in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital, a residency in Dermatology at the University of Virginia, in which he served as chief resident and a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at NYU Langone in New York City. During his time at NYU, he worked with leaders in the field of skin cancer surgery and cosmetics. As a fellow, he performed numerous Mohs surgeries, complex facial reconstructions, and cosmetic procedures. 

Dr. Blechman has published a multitude of articles in dermatology and dermatologic surgery journals. He was the recipient of the prestigious Theodore Tromovitch research award given by the American College of Mohs Surgery to one fellow annually. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Blechman enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children in his free time.

Adel Haque, MD

Dr. Adel Haque was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia with his parents and 5 siblings. He attended Georgia Tech on a full scholarship where he majored in Biochemistry and Chemistry and minored in chemical engineering, graduating with highest honors, the president's award and a community service recognition. After graduation, he attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta where he served on the Honor Council, worked as an anesthesia technician and was recognized for being in the top 5% of his class in academics and board examination scores. He completed his internship transitional year at Gwinnett Medical Center in Atlanta and went on to complete his residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. There he earned awards as the resident teacher of the year, surgery resident of the year, cosmetics resident of the year, a USF service award for outstanding community service and an award as an institutional culture champion for his dedication to improving the life of his patients, peers, and program.

Originally descending from India, he brings a sense of camaraderie into every patient encounter and treats every patient as if they were a part of his family. He is known for listening to his patients and spending lots of time getting to know them and their dermatologic conditions and also looking at them holistically. He loves treating complex medical dermatology patients from CTCL to blistering diseases, psoriasis, acne, eczema and the like. He is also an avid surgeon having done over a thousand Mohs cases in his residency. Finally, he is also skilled in cosmetics training ranging from treating benign lesions to Botox to fillers and more.

When not in the clinic, you can find him on a basketball court, spending time with his family, traveling, and volunteering around the city.

Chloe Payne, MD

Chloe Payne, MD, FAAD, attended Sidney Kimmel Medical School, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was awarded membership in the Hobart Amory Hare Medical Honor Society and graduated Cum Laude. She completed her dermatology residency training at Drexel University, also in Philadelphia, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident during her final year. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Payne provides a full range of dermatologic care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic. She is passionate about the detection and treatment of cancerous growths and performs surgical excisions of malignant and benign lesions. Additionally, Dr. Payne treats a variety of skin conditions including acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis, among others. Dr. Payne enjoys treating patients of all ages.

Dr. Payne’s patient philosophy is to treat each individual patient the way she would want members of her own family to be cared for. Collin Fuller, MD

Dr. Fuller completed his dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University where he served as chief resident in his final year. He completed his dermatolopathology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University. He also completed an internship in pediatrics at Cohen’s Children Medical Center in New York before his dermatology training.

Before residency, he graduated from New York University with a Major in Spanish Literature as a University Honors Scholar. During his undergraduate studies, he lived in Madrid for a year and speaks Spanish. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he graduated from the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. One of his interests includes global health and he has completed medical mission trips, as well as research projects, in Central and Latin America. During his dermatology training, he most recently volunteered in Botswana, through the U Penn-Botswana Partnership.

Dr. Fuller sees adult and pediatric patients for medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, including botox. He takes a patient-centered approach, viewing the patient as a whole being and not just the disease for which they are being treated.

Dr. Fuller grew up on a farm in Minnesota, but considers Philadelphia his home now. Some of his interests include travel, foreign languages, running and photography.

Dr. Daniel Shurman, a native of Pennsylvania, attended Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his dermatology training at Thomas Jefferson University both in Philadelphia. Dr. Shurman then attended a fully accredited fellowship in both Mohs Micrographic Surgery and procedural Dermatology at the Dermatologic Surgery Center.

The focus of Dr. Shurman's practice is the treatment of Cutaneous Neoplasms using the Mohs Micrographic technique. Dr Shurman’s primary interest is in the area of facial reconstructive surgery, managing the repair of complex cutaneous defects.

Dr. Shurman is board certified in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and his research interests include medical genetics, antibiotics in dermatologic surgery, and wound healing. He has published many peer reviewed articles on these topics and wishes to continue to contribute to the advancement of his specialty. Dr. Shurman treats patients ages 18 and up.

Raised in Bucks County, PA, Dr. Daria Marley Kemp lived in Philadelphia for 10 years where she attended medical school at Thomas Jefferson University, completed her preliminary medicine year at Lankenau Medical Center followed by dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. While at Jefferson, her research study treating Basal Cell Carcinoma received the Stelwagon Clinical Research Award in Dermatology (first prize) from the Philadelphia College of Physicians’ Dermatology Section and the Everett C. Fox Memorial Award (third prize) from the American Academy of Dermatology.

Her interests in dermatologic oncology and surgery were fostered by her father, Wayne Marley M.D., and enhanced during her fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at the Dermatologic SurgiCenter in Drexel Hill, PA. During this fully accredited American College of Mohs Surgery and ACGME fellowship program, she received advanced training in skin cancer surgery, including Mohs for melanoma, and reconstruction techniques.

Prior to attending medical school, she was a staff chemist at Merck & Co in Rahway, NJ and co-inventor on 2 pharmaceutical patents. Later, she obtained her Masters in Education from NC State and was a chemistry and biology teacher at Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ, her alma mater.

Dr. Marley Kemp enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, in addition to making pizza on the grill, and playing golf with her husband and dad.

Davida Krupnick, MD

Dr. Krupnick completed her dermatologic residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and her internal medicine residency at Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY. Through her dual training, she obtained a comprehensive knowledge of medical and surgical dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and has published several papers on dermatology, oncology, and women’s health and presented at both regional and national meetings.

Dr. Farhan S. Huq is a dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic surgeon. He attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering for his undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering, in which he graduated Summa Cum Laude and as a member of the national engineering honor society Tau Beta Pi. During medical school, he was accepted to the NIH summer research program working as Biomedical Research Program Scholar. He was then accepted into the NIH Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) Program for his clinical research at the University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School where he was awarded distinctions at the top 10% of his class in research, service, and education.

Dr. Huq continued his training with an internship in general surgery, a residency in Otolaryngology, a Mohs Clinical and Research fellowship, a clinical and research fellowship at the University of Michigan in dermatology, and a residency in dermatology at Wayne State University. He performed numerous skin cancer removals, Mohs surgeries, and complex reconstructive surgeries during his residencies and fellowship. Given his extensive surgical background, during his time at Wayne State, he was heavily involved in surgical training for other residents and medical students. He also served as cosmetic liaison and was responsible for teaching resident physicians various procedures such as Botox administration, soft tissue augmentation, chemical peels, and skin resurfacing techniques.

Dr. Huq has published a multitude of articles in dermatology and has presented at numerous dermatology conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Medical Association.

A Bucks County native, Dr. Jennifer David is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in medical anthropology. Dr. David holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. While in medical school she also earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University, where she concentrated in healthcare management. She completed research fellowship with her mentor Dr. Susan Taylor, MD where she honed her passion learning the intricacies and nuances in treating skin of color. She then completed her residency training at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida where she served as chief resident in her final year. Throughout her training Dr. David remained active in research publishing numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals in addition to co-authorship in chapters for dermatology textbooks.

Dr. David is a board certified dermatologist who remains active in the dermatology community holding memberships and leadership roles in the Women’s Dermatology Society, American Academy of Dermatology, The American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and Skin of Color Society, where she currently serves as chair of patient education committee.

Dr. David lives in Philadelphia with her two mastiffs, Sammy and Bella, and she enjoys spending time with them at the dog park near her home. She loves to travel and even had the opportunity to trace some family genealogy back to her ancestors’ home country of Croatia. Dr. David is a football fan and supports the Philadelphia Eagles. She was a member of the Eagles cheerleaders during the 2004-2005 season, the year that the NFL team played in Super Bowl XXXIX in Jacksonville, Florida. She completed her internal medicine internship at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Ladan Straker is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellow of the American academy of dermatology.
